Our history:
25 years creating magic

Campus WOB originated in 2001 with the vision of offering children and young people a transforming experience: a camp that is capable of uniting sport, art, shared living and values in a safe and vibrant environment.

Since that first edition with just thirty participants, the project has grown steadily to become a community of more than 1,200 Wobers per edition and over 25,000 participants from 20 countries throughout its history.

A unique legacy
in the world

In 2004 we welcomed our first NBA star, Desmond Mason. Since then, true legends of world basketball such as Jason Kidd, Carmelo Anthony, Manu Ginóbili, Paul Pierce and James Worthy have shared the court with our Wobers, consolidating WOB as the only camp in the world with such an extraordinary record of guest stars.

Our first head coach was Randy Knowles, one of the best shooting coaches in the world. Afterwards, Daniel Pintor, Bernardo Rodríguez and Rubén "Colo" Wolkowyski, the first Argentinian player to debut in the NBA, joined the team, together with Claudio Farabello as from 2023, forming an elite technical team.

A constantly evolving
educational project

WOB is not just sport: it is a space to grow. We were the first camp in Spain to introduce emotional education in all its forms, incorporating each year new workshops and activities aimed at self-care, mental health and personal development.

Great artists from Cirque du Soleil, music, film and entertainment have collaborated and continue to collaborate with us to make each edition an inspiring artistic and human experience.

Social commitment

Year after year we give scholarships to more than 30 boys and girls at risk of social exclusion, and we collaborate with solidarity projects such as the memorable Uganda Safari Choir in 2017.

Innovation, creativity and community

At WOB the nights are an essential part of the magic: themed evening events, Silence Disco and shows designed to surprise, thrill and create unforgettable memories.

Wobland Radio, our morning show, wakes up the camp every day with energy, humour and music.

In the evenings, Wobland Channel screens an audiovisual recap on a 12-metre giant screen, produced and edited daily with the participation of the Wobers themselves.

An inclusive and committed camp

We have hosted participants and professionals with different types of disabilities, including the cast of the film Champions, reflecting our absolute commitment to real inclusion.

A camp that never stops

In 2020, when almost all camps in Spain closed, WOB kept its doors open for the emotional well-being of the children and their families.

Leading brands such as Andalucía, CaixaBank, Nike, Adidas, Coca-Cola, BMW, Carrefour, Antena 3 and DKV have been part of this unforgettable journey.

We have championed women's sport from the beginning, becoming the only camp in Spain with more girls than boys and giving rise in 2024 to the first 100% women's football camp, WOB Football Girls.

25 editions later...

Our enthusiasm remains intact.

We work every day of the year to ensure that every minute at Campus WOB is historic.
