At Campus WOB you can reserve one week or two under either the residential option (accommodation + full board) or the day camp option (without accommodation, with lunch and snack).
The sooner you sign up, the better price.

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY
At Campus WOB, we want you to have peace of mind when making a reservation.
If, for any reason, the participant is unable to attend:

Before 1 June
Refund of 100% of the amount of the spot (minus a €65 administration fee).
Extra services contracted are not refunded.

Between 1 June and 15 days before the start of the Campus
30% will be refunded if the registration fee is paid in full.
If it is not paid in full, there will be no refund.

Less than 15 days before the start date
No refunds will be given.

Once the Campus has started
There will be no refunds for dropping out (illness, injury or personal reasons).

If the cancellation is due to a decision by the organisation:
If the cancellation is for reasons beyond the control of Campus WOB; there will be no refund.
If the cancellation is voluntary by WOB and without just cause; 100% of the money paid will be refunded.To drop out or cancel a reservation, always write to us at hello@campuswob.com

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

WOBER DISCOUNT

If you have already attended Campus WOB in the past, we’ll give you a discount of 25 euros, whatever the programme and option you choose.

The WOBER discount is not applicable if the camp reservation is made using a promotional code.
